Graduate Forms

If you cannot find a form, ask the Graduate Program Assistant for help. Some require additional documentation as well so please read the form requirements carefully. Ensure you obtain your advisor's signature if the form requires it. All completed forms should be given to the Graduate Program Assistant who can obtain the signature of the Graduate Coordinator.



SOCS Student Centre

The SOCS Student Centre can be found on the first floor of Reynolds. There are couches, a fridge and microwave - everything a student needs! These facilities are for the exclusive use of senior undergraduate and graduate SOCS students.

There are also lockers in the basement - please see the Graduate Program Assistant for keys and locker assignment.



Printing Facilities

Graduate students must arrange for printing and photocopying with the Graduate Program Assistant.



Mail Boxes

Pick up your on-campus mail at the mail boxes on the 2nd floor. Please check here periodically to see if you have mail.
