If you plan to attend a conference, check out the Student Grant Programs for current and upcoming grant opportunities. The following hints and guidelines are helpful in making a strong grant application.

Library

I have a library of USENIX publications, and you may borrow copies of various conference proceedings as well as the ;login magazine. I also have electronic copies of conference proceedings, but I am still working out the technical details to enable the campus community to access them securely.
